Meet the teachers.

Gemma - Manager, Safeguarding lead, Level 5 practitioner, Senco

I have been a manager at Two mile ash preschool for the past 2 years. I started my childcare career in 2012 and have worked my way up from an apprentice to a manager. I am level 3 qualified and studying for my level 5. Im really passionate about safeguarding children and love watching them flourish. I am a mum of two children.

Demi - Deputy Manager , Level 3 practitioner Senco - Red group

I have worked hard to complete my level 3 qualification and im really enjoying being apart of such a great team. I am really passionate about teaching and helping children with additional needs. I am also a mum to two children.

Danielle- Third in charge, Level 2 practitioner Green group

I have worked in a range of different nurserys and preschools and i joined Two Mile Ash preschool in January 2025. I love being apart of such a great team.

I am currently studying my level 3 diploma.
I have 2 children of my own, One who attends two mile ash with me.

Kelly - Administrator

I have been an administrator at Two mile ash for the past 8 years. I am very passionate about making sure everything is organised & like to arrange lots of exciting school trips and visits. I am a mum to three children.

Emma - Level 3 practitioner - Yellow group

I begun my childcare career at college in 2013 and I am really passionate about watching children grow and develop. I love leading circle times and implementing new ideas. I have one child of my own who also attends the setting.

Jessica - Level 3 Practitioner , Blue group

I completed a 2-year work placement at a local school while completing my level 3 diploma. I love spending time with my younger cousins, and I am passionate about working with children and watching them have fun.

Abi - Level 2 practitioner, Pink group

I started at two mile ash preschool at the beginning of 2024 as a student placement. I have now become a part time staff memebr while completeing my level 3 qualification. I love helping children learn & develop.

Jenny - Practitioner, Purple group

I joined TMA Preschool in Feb 2025 and love being part of the team! I have 8 years of experience working with children in various settings, including a travelling circus school in the USA and after school clubs. I enjoy helping little learners grow in confidence, curiosity, and creativity. Every day is a new adventure, and I feel privileged to support children as they explore the world around them.

I started atTwo mile ash preschool in 2024 as part of a 2-year college work placement. I have loved building my confidence and having workplace experience. I qualify my T level 3 childcare diploma in July 2026.
